Every Presage watch is powered by one of Seiko’s reliable mechanical calibres and crafted entirely in the brand’s own Japanese facilities, ensuring both quality and exceptional value.
The centerpiece of this model is its Aitetsu dial—an indigo‑iron blue tone that reflects Seiko’s ability to blend fine watchmaking with deep cultural heritage. The surface features the traditional Asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern, a motif used in Japanese design since the Heian period over a millennium ago. Historically woven into fabrics, the Asanoha pattern symbolizes vigorous growth and good health, especially for the young. Its sharply defined geometric facets create a rich texture and subtle gradation, shifting beautifully as the light moves across the dial.
The case and bracelet are designed with broad, flat planes that give the watch a crisp, modern presence, allowing it to catch and reflect light from every angle. A super‑hard coating protects the surfaces from scratches while preserving a long‑lasting brilliance. The interplay between the precisely polished edges and the refined hairline finishing adds depth and dimension, giving the watch a striking yet elegant character.
